The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.
Wordpress Stat and Google Analytics (Universal Analytics)
Wordpress Stats is an analytics service provided by Automattic Inc.

Google Analytics (Universal Analytics) (Google LLC)
Google Analytics (Universal Analytics) is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of Breathewell, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Traffic optimization and distribution
These types of services allow Breathewell to distribute their content using servers located in different countries and optimize their performance.
The question of which Personal Data will be processed depends on the characteristics and the way these services are implemented. Their function is to filter communications between Breathewell and the User's browser.
Given the wide distribution of this system, it is difficult to determine the places to which content that may contain the User's Personal Information is transferred.

This section applies to all users in the European Union, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR"), and, for such users, it replaces any other potentially divergent or conflicting information contained in the Privacy Policy. Legal basis for processing
The
Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following applies:.

period
Unless otherwise specified in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for
as long as required by the purpose for which they have been collected, and may be stored for longer due to an
applicable legal obligation or based on the User's consent.
Therefore :
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
- Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Common provisions
Non-waiver clause
The Owner's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of this or any other term.
Service interruption
In order to ensure the best possible level of service, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service to carry out maintenance, system updates or any other changes, informing Users properly.
Within the limits of the law, the Owner may also decide to suspend or terminate the Service as a whole. Resale of Service

All trademarks – nominal or figurative – and all other marks, trade names, word marks, illustrations, images, or logos appearing in connection with Breathewell are, and remain, the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties relating to intellectual property.
Modification of these General Conditions
The Owner reserves the right to modify or otherwise rectify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In such cases, the Owner will properly inform the User of such changes.
These changes will only have an impact on the relationship with the User from the date communicated to the User.
Continued use of the Service will signify the User's acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If the User does not wish to be bound by such changes, he/she must stop using the Service and may terminate the Agreement.

Contract assignment

Information collected automatically through Breathewell (or third-party services employed in Breathewell), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use Breathewell, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.
User
The individual using Breathewell who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.
Person concerned
The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.
Subcontractor
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this privacy policy.
Data Controller (or Owner)
